Never issued refund for unused service

BeachBody never refunded me $40 for a membership I never once used even when it was disputed by AMEX the credit card company. I repeatedly asked customer service to cancel my subscription and they never did and kept charging me even though I never used the website once.

You would think out of consumer satisfaction and to protect their reputation they would issue a small refund of $40 but no even after two disputes filed by my credit card company. Obviously Im not the only one with written complaints against this company.

DO NOT do business with this company they are the worst! I learned that the hard way

Due to an agent error, your cancellation was recorded in one system, but not the other. To offset this, we’ve processed a refund for the (3) Team Beachbody Club membership charges incurred since your cancellation request on November 19, 2015, and one additional fee as a courtesy, totaling $155.48.

We have attempted to contact you via phone and email on December 20, 2016 and December 27, 2016 to inform you of the resolution to this issue; however, we have not heard back from you.

Team Beachbody - PPL TEAMBEACHBODY CREDIT CARD FRAUD

My monthly VISA Signature credit card statement lists a fraudulent charge for $674.20 by PPL-TEAMBEACHBODY (800) 870-**** CA billed to my Wellsfargo account. As soon as I discovered this discrepancy, I called the company listed on my bill, a company I've never even heard of until today, and after being on HOLD for over an hour, I was finally able to talk to a live person who sounded like an east LA gang-banger.

Despite his rough tone and use of hoodrat street talk, I explained the fraudulent charges I found on my VISA billing statement and requested the name of the mystery person who used my CC number for goods or services. The guy REFUSED to divulge any information whatsoever pertaining to who placed the order, the logged IP address of the person, nor the address of where the order was being sent (even though they are billing me for the fraudulent charges!!!)

The PPL-TEAMBEACHBODY ghetto thug then told me to call VISA instead of wasting their time and said they are not responsible for any fraudulent charge to my card, nor legally obligated to divulge details about criminal perpetrators using stolen numbers, nor reimburse victims of any fraud.

Without recourse, I called and re-explained my situation to the VISA REP. She was much nicer and said they receive dozens of complaints against this company on a daily basis and that the company is under Federal investigation for widespread credit card fraud.

Needless to say, the charges were quickly reversed and added to the mountain of evidence against PPL-TEAMBEACHBODY. The only other charge on my card for this month was from NAMESILO, which I authorized to renew my domain names through PayPal. How the fraudsters got my Chip and Pin code is beyond me, unless there is an exploit issue with NAMESILO and their SSL transaction server between them and PayPal. I seldom use my credit card, so fraudulent charges are easy to spot.

I am glad this didn't turn into a total nightmare like some victims of fraud that I've read (tens of thousands of complaints on Google alone) regarding the crooks behind the PPL-TEAMBEACHBODY scam. These thieves are aiding & abetting criminal enterprise, they should all be in prison for cyber crime and financial terrorism. May they all BURN.

Once a dispute and/or police report is filed, we will comply with all requirements which may consist of the release of order information and other specifics. We understand why you may want to know more about the transaction(s), but for your protection, and ours, we are unauthorized to release details unless requested as part of a formal investigation.

Cancel Membership

This place makes it almost impossible to cancel. They throw you in a continual loop where you can never speak to a person.

They want you to cancel online but yet the message appears that you have to wait up to 3 hours for your subscription information to even show. RIDICULOUS!

I needed to contact my cardiologist, to inform him of my BP having a field day with very high numbers.

I started the shake and enerize. Noticed my BP was higher than my high normal.

Felt dizzy and wacky in my head.

My coach suggested stopping the enerize. No real change. I had to also stop the shake because it contained extracts with lots of caffeine. Put in for a return label, packed it all up and mailed it.

was informed from customer service that it had arrived in the warehouse, stating you should be seeing a refund 5-10 business days.

It's been over two weeks.

Could you check on me getting my refund of the items I returned and since I don't see anything posted to my bank acct.

Thank you for your attention to this request, and a quick response to it, would be appreciated.
