I was billed twice. I called in December to cancel the shakeology and they added a new product to my account and Im being auto billed.

I purchased the 1 yr beach body subscription on the beach body on demand App. And the payment shows that it went through VIA PayPal, however I attempted to login and get started and it would not allow me access. I’m trying to figure it out but it’s still not working for me.
Lost package
Tracking says it’s in transit Fedex doesn’t have package and the local post office says it was never delivered to them.

Awful experience
The person I spoke with couldn’t hear me at all. The call was pointless because he kept just sitting there and then would say “hello” after I had just said something.
Then he hung up on me.
Terrible customer service. And how u professional to use to use a service called “pissed consumer”, not classy at all!
Cancellation
I thought I had previously cancelled any future renewals when I cancelled my beachbody subscription last year, but I have recently seen a renewal fee of 111.87.
Can I get a refund for this amount because I have deactivated (and only today turned on) the app to cancel.
I have not used this in almost a year.

Total scam
I purchased 21 day fix challenge pack in 2015. At the time of purchase I was able to use the on demand app to watch the videos and chose to watch them that way rather than the hassle of the dvd.
I did that for over a year and now just tried to sign back into the same exact app it says I much purchase beachbody on demand in order to watch something I already bought!!!!
I called and the person on the phone was just reading answers off a piece of paper and was no help at all. Total scam.
Unable to log
Tried to log in for my daily workout and was unable to log in. Tried to contact customer service by phone but was unsuccessful reaching someone.

SCAMOLOGY
I ordered beach-body back in April 2017, and spoke to agent SGS435 to cancel my account on May 23, 2017. I received verbal confirmation saying that I wouldn't be charged and that EVERYTHING, including my coach membership had been cancelled.
Your employee didn't do their do diligence to ensure everything was cancelled. Needless to say, your company isn't making honest money. Stop lying to the public!!! On July 27, 2017 I spoke to an agent who didn't help at all, I asked to speak to a Manager as she refused to answer my questions -- only to hang up on me.
I will not stop until I get my money back. Seems as though I'm not the only person you're SCAMMING.

Nightmare
I am a 68 year old male who just completed intensive radiation treatment for cancer. I have never heard of Beachbody and certainly do not need the product.
In Feb. 2017 two charges appeared on my credit card statement which I knew nothing about. I immediately contacted my credit card company who got a representative of Beachbody on the phone with us. She claimed not to have any record of me and could not provide me with any information.
Terrible customer service and fraudulent practices.
Now the charges are back on my statement and I am in the process of filing complaints with the attorney general of my home state. To top it all off, the product they claim I purchased was never delivered.
