I was billed twice. I called in December to cancel the shakeology and they added a new product to my account and Im being auto billed.

I purchased the 1 yr beach body subscription on

I purchased the 1 yr beach body subscription on the beach body on demand App. And the payment shows that it went through VIA PayPal, however I attempted to login and get started and it would not allow me access. I’m trying to figure it out but it’s still not working for me.

Lost package

Tracking says it’s in transit Fedex doesn’t have package and the local post office says it was never delivered to them.

I am sorry to hear that you had issues in getting your original package for your Piyo order, placed on 6/19/2019. Fedex tracking number shows your original order was delivered to you on 6/25/2019. We see that you contacted our customer service indicating that you did not get your first package. We reshipment your package to you on 7/3/2019, which is confirmed delivered on 7/12/2019. On 7/20/2019, you contacted us requesting a refund for your order. All of our products are backed by a 30 day money back grantee period in which you may return for a refund, minus shipping and handling. Your refund for your Piyo package was refunded on 07/20/2019 to you, minus shipping and handling.

Awful experience

The person I spoke with couldn’t hear me at all. The call was pointless because he kept just sitting there and then would say “hello” after I had just said something.

Then he hung up on me.

Terrible customer service. And how u professional to use to use a service called “pissed consumer”, not classy at all!

Cancellation

I thought I had previously cancelled any future renewals when I cancelled my beachbody subscription last year, but I have recently seen a renewal fee of 111.87.

Can I get a refund for this amount because I have deactivated (and only today turned on) the app to cancel.

I have not used this in almost a year.

I just received the shakeology package I ordered. It seems like one of the powders was torn. Please see pictures attached.

We sincerely apologize concerning the condition that your Shakeology Tropical Strawberry Packets arrived in, as it seems that one of the packets was torn and
spilled to the outside of the box while still packaged in the plastic rapping. A reshipment was successfully processed on 11/15/2018 with Fed Ex 2nd Day Air shipping and
will arrive within approximately 2-3 business days. We do understand the inconvenience that this issue may have posed and we encourage you

Total scam

I purchased 21 day fix challenge pack in 2015. At the time of purchase I was able to use the on demand app to watch the videos and chose to watch them that way rather than the hassle of the dvd.

I did that for over a year and now just tried to sign back into the same exact app it says I much purchase beachbody on demand in order to watch something I already bought!!!!

I called and the person on the phone was just reading answers off a piece of paper and was no help at all. Total scam.

In 2015 we launched our Beachbody On Demand platform, that allowed our Beachbody Club subscribers to access certain works out through a digital unlock. With a purchase of a challenge pack which, included the workout dvd of your choice, the digital unlock was included with the price. In order to access your workouts you must have a paid club membership. Unfortunately, your club membership did not renew on 3/29/2018 due to a cancellation request. We ask that you contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Unable to log

Tried to log in for my daily workout and was unable to log in. Tried to contact customer service by phone but was unsuccessful reaching someone.

I ordered beach-body back in April 2017, and spoke to agent SGS435 to cancel my account on May 23, 2017. I received verbal confirmation saying that I wouldn't be charged and that EVERYTHING, including my coach membership had been cancelled.

Your employee didn't do their do diligence to ensure everything was cancelled. Needless to say, your company isn't making honest money. Stop lying to the public!!! On July 27, 2017 I spoke to an agent who didn't help at all, I asked to speak to a Manager as she refused to answer my questions -- only to hang up on me.

I will not stop until I get my money back. Seems as though I'm not the only person you're SCAMMING.

On May 23, 2017, you requested to cancel your “membership” with Beachbody. The agent misunderstood your request and only cancelled your HD subscriptions and unfortunately did not make you aware of how to cancel your Coach account. Cancelling your Coach account is a separate and distinct process from cancelling home direct shipments because your Coach account is considered an independent business where you can earn potentially taxable commissions. Since the Coach account remained open, you continued to incur the monthly Coach Business Service Fee.

As of July 28, 2017 your entire Coach account was cancelled and we also refunded the Business Services Fees you were charged since May 23,2017.

We apologize for this oversight.

Nightmare

I am a 68 year old male who just completed intensive radiation treatment for cancer. I have never heard of Beachbody and certainly do not need the product.

In Feb. 2017 two charges appeared on my credit card statement which I knew nothing about. I immediately contacted my credit card company who got a representative of Beachbody on the phone with us. She claimed not to have any record of me and could not provide me with any information.

Terrible customer service and fraudulent practices.

Now the charges are back on my statement and I am in the process of filing complaints with the attorney general of my home state. To top it all off, the product they claim I purchased was never delivered.

In addition, you may want to contact your local police department if you feel your identity may have been compromised. Once a dispute and/or police report is filed, we will comply with all requirements which may consist of the release of order information and other specifics. We understand why you may want to know more about the transaction(s), but for your protection, and ours, we are unauthorized to release details unless requested as part of a formal investigation.
