Team Beachbody - I can't log on and my email changed

Hi!

I have a problem signing in to my account, its the first time i have to sign in again and i just realized i used a wrong email so all your notifications are going to an email address that doesnt exist. I mixed up my 2 emails accounts.

I have annapelu@***.com and anapmx81@***.com .

So when i signed up for the program i used annapelu@***l. Omg i really dont know how this happened but now i cant sing in on my phone or tv because when it says if i want to change my password it send it to that wrong email address. haha what a mess! Can you guys please help me to fix this?

what can we do?

Ill appreciate your help a lot. I am in the middle of my 21 days program and i wouldnt like to stop it today.

Team Beachbody - No new member response from Coach

Ha ha didnt even realize it was your site that I got their customer service number from, but I love your name, and thanks for making things a little easier by providing accurate contact phone numbers! I was a little irritated with Beach Body, because I was never able to begin my free trial of streaming online workout programs, because the Beach Body Coach I was assigned to would never reply to my messages asking a few questions about beginning my work out program, and some other nutrition related questions about some of their nutritional drinks they sell.

I spent a lot of time and effort writing my message to my assigned Coach, so that I started out with the appropriate work outs etc. To ensure the most success, without causing my day one work out to make me unable to even walk for the next 3 days of my 14 day trial! I ended up sending him 4 follow up emails, to which he never replied, and I never began my 14 day trial because of lack of any guidance. I even tried to switch to another Coach, but kept ending up with the same one.

I also reached out to their online Customer Support to explain the situation and never received a reply. Because of your handy site, I was finally able, after a pretty lengthy hold time, probably 10 or so minutes, speak with a Customer Service Representative. She was somewhat confused, and was not able to locate my account at first, then told me I must have signed up via a 3rd party vendor after downloading the Beach Body On Demand App from my Google Play Store, which was not the case. I had seen an ad on TV for the free trial, had texted something to a provided number, and had been given a link to the Beach Body On Demand Website.

Anyway, this first agent had a few other difficulties, after alarming about a possible 3rd party having received my credit card info. Which had to be provided so that when the 14 day free trial period was over, I would be auto enrolled in one of their programs if I did not cancel before the end of the trial. She was finally able to locate my account, but then informed me I would have to be connected with their Escalation Team, because she was not able to access my account details. She assured me she would pass on to them all relevant information regarding my issues, so that I would not have to repeat everything to the next agent.

I have heard that many times before from numerous companies customer service agents, so I was NOT in the least bit surprised when, after another lengthy hold, the escalations department agent asked for my name, and when I asked him if he had been briefed on the situation, he informed me that the first agent's notes were not yet showing up on his screen. So, I went through my explanation again, and found out from this agent that my 14 day free trial had expired June 22nd, and my card had been charged 39 dollars for the free month membership on July 7th. He told me not to worry at all though, because he would be glad to fix the problem. He first assigned me to a new Coach, one who was in an incentive program to earn points towards something or another, which we agreed sounded like a Coach who would eagerly respond to my request for some start up guidance.

He then told me that change had been made and myself and my new coach would receive an email shortly about the assignment. The email popped up on my notifications almost instantaneously. He then processed a refund to my card for the 3 month membership charge, which he said would be credited within 2 business days. That refunded charge is already registering on my online banking page.

He also scheduled my free 14 day trial to not begin until 2 days from now, so that I would have time to communicate with my new Coach, and receive feedback and guidance before beginning my trial period. The only request he could not accommodate, was my request to possibly have my transcript pulled up from their messaging center, showing my initial correspondence with the dead beat coach. Since I was only able to message the coach through their messaging function on their website, I was unable to refer to my message by accessing my Gmail account. The agent told me that they di not have the ability to access messages sent between members and coaches, which is understandable, because being able to do so, may be a privacy violation, or something some members would feel uncomfortable with possibly?

Anyway, the reason I wanted to access the message transcript was because it was a very thorough, detailed message, where I shared with the Coach my present level of fitness, my fitness goals, my preference for workouts, nutritional goals, etc. And I also asked questions about some things I was not sure about. It was such a great presentation of where I was, where I wanted to be, how long I wanted to take to get there, and what i should expect, which encompassed overall health and fitness to fit in with my lifestyle and offer me the greatest chance for success and sustainability. It was a Masterpiece I cannot recreate lol, and presently I have zero recollection of anything i even said, other than mentioning Hip/hop Music is my preference for workout music, and that I hated to exercise, but loved to dance, especially to upbeat Hip/hop music, which is why I had loved my Hip/Hop Abs DVD purchased from Beach Body way back in 2013, before streaming online was much of a thing.

I may have also mentioned the Keto Diet, and asked about the healthiness of that approach. Thanks to your request for a review of my experience, some of it is coming back to me, so I really appreciate that also! So, in summary, Beach Body On Demand seems to have a full menu of options to choose from, available on their website, with many workout choices, nutritional products available for purchase, special contests members can participate in, multiple blogs and forums. The variety offered seems to have something to appeal to just about anyone at any level of fitness, and the available programs provide for switching to more challenging and/or longer workouts as members progress.

However, there are no real instructions or guidance available that I saw, that would help me decide even where/how to begin a program that would be right for me, and allow me to achieve at least some definable results after 14 days, that would convince me this was a valuable program worth my financial commitment, that would keep me motivated to continue, by allowing me to achieve realistic results, based on the testimonials of Beach Body On Demand Trainers and Members. There were even an assortment of before and after photos, along with the programs listed that the members participated in in order go achieve those results, along with information about any supplementary nutritional programs, etc. That the member used along with the specified work out program and the length of time the member participated in order to achieve the results. There were also of course, a few disclaimers about the showcased results being commensurate with the effort!

For a beginning like myself, the website was exciting and motivating, but also somewhat overwhelming, especially without any kind of guidance or examples provided about putting together a weekly fitness program based on your beginning level of fitness, your goals, your daily time commitment, nutrition, etc. So, that is where the wonderful feature of being assigned to a Personal Coach comes in! That is if you are assigned to one who actually still works there, or isn't on vacation! This is an awesome and necessary benefit I think, especially for beginners like myself, who are pretty clueless and need some serious guidance, especially at the beginning, in order to ensure the least chance for permanent injury on day one, and the best chance for success!

I am confident that now that this missing link has hopefully been remedied, that Beach Body On Demand will be something that makes it possible for me to enjoy some fun workouts with the music and moves that seem like a night of dancing at the club, and achieve my fitness goals while remaining safely at home, with a reasonable financial investment. Both Customer Service Agents were very pleasant and polite, and both apologized for my issues with a dud coach and customer support website that wasn't easily navigated, and there was no conflict over refunding my membership fees and restarting my 14 day free trial, after assigning me a new coach who will hopefully be awesome! It was definitely worth the hold time, and it was a good idea to call and speak to another human being, who listened, seemed sincerely apologetic, happily addressed and fixed my issues, and left me feeling happy about my decision to give the Beach Body On Demand Program a shot! I only wish I had accessed your site right away, and put in that phone call, rather than wasting my time sending the no show Coach follow up emails, which is what really caused me to turn into the kind of Customer for whom your site is named!

Coach with questions on coach change form

Rep can’t answer simple question

I asked the rep how much the discount for being a coach was and she couldnt tell me. I ask for a price comparison of the coaching discount w just on demand and no coaching discount with the on demand was since the coaching fee is $15. She proceeded to tell me how to cancel.

NO BOD OVER 24 hours

I tried to call customer service but I didn't have my credit card handy to "verify" and the machine /recording would not let me bypass that to get to an actual representative.

I'm frustrated. I lay for BOD membership, and all of the sudden it won't play off my laptop....

It does continue to play from my smart phone, but thats far far from an ideal workout. Please help.

I had canceled my monthly shipment in March and was still sent the order. I cancelled due to my Husband not working due to the Coronvirus pandemic and job lay offs.
